  • General office admin tasks and supportive duties
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables
  • Prepare bi-weekly payroll
  • GST / Various CRA payments and installments
  • Monthly bank reconciles
  • Assist external accountant to complete corporate year end statement
  • Reconcile accounts, credit cards, bank accounts, monthly vendors statements
  • Post & Maintain journal entries
  • Month End and Final Reports
  • Year End Preparation
  • Prepare tax remittance, workers' compensation, and tax return
  • Strong Quick Books& MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail & Organized

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
Proficient written and oral English skills Education:Accounting Diploma or Degree Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week (flexible)
Opportunity for more hours – dictated by workload/projects Experience:

QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)

Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
