About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at KHAGHAN RESTAURANT. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage benefits and other employee-related expenses.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST and other applicable taxes.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
