Role overview: Our team is actively seeking a motivated and professional Test Analyst with strong exp. in Insurance domain who is passionate about testing software through manual and automation testing. As a key member of the QA team, you will identify, analyze, and document problems following a clearly defined QA methodology and you will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of all testing activities in your area of responsibility.

What you'll do:
  • Perform and drive testing tasks (Test Strategy/Test Design/Test Execution/Defect Coordination).
  • Identify the test scenarios based on the understanding of systems, interfaces and applications.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Identify major Test scenarios and Prepare the UAT Plan.
  • Provide regular status updates to manager and project manager, updating tasks, and tasks estimates as necessary.
What you bring to the role:
  • UAT testing experience for Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Business Intelligence (HRIS) and other integrated applications
  • Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, Database and Acceptance testing, (Beta testing)UAT testing real end user personas prior to implementation.
  • Hands-on exp. in Test Case design, Test Execution, Test Planning, Defect Logging and tracking.
  • Experience with Testing Lifecycle and Defect Management Lifecycle processes.
  • Good in JIRA, QC/ALM.
  • Should have experience in insurance domain such as Life and health insurance.
  • Preferred to have experience on different insurance products such as Guidewire.
  • Working experience in offshore / onshore delivery model
