We are in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with devising and executing a comprehensive strategy for quality assurance and testing, while also proposing solutions to any quality issues that arise.

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating existing products and pinpointing areas for improvement
  • Analyzing product quality to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Developing and managing the overall Quality Assurance strategy
  • Collaborating with internal teams (such as development and product) to ascertain system requirements
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the quality assurance process
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives
  • Gathering and analyzing quality data
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for product quality
  • Preparing and delivering reports and metrics to the Project Manager
  • Keeping abreast of new testing tools and methodologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a QA Analyst
  • Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business, mathematics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in software development
  • Proven background in software quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in drafting clear and comprehensive test plans and cases
  • Practical experience with both white box and black box testing
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Postman and Selenium
  • Familiarity with performance and/or security testing is advantageous
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in travel management or the travel industry is a plus
