Overview:

We are in search of a meticulous and committed Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer with a wealth of experience in quality assurance and testing practices. Role within the Organization:

The QA Analyst/Engineer will collaborate closely with our development and design teams, ensuring that the final product meets client specifications and expectations. You will report directly to the Head of the QA Department and be instrumental in the concluding phases of product delivery, serving as the final safeguard against potential issues.

Key Responsibilities:


•Leadership in Quality Assurance: Spearhead the QA initiatives in formulating, executing, and sustaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.


•Thorough Testing: Perform extensive testing of software applications, confirming their proper functionality across all devices and browsers.


•Automation of Testing: Create and implement automated test scripts to enhance the QA process and boost testing efficiency.


•Management of Defects: Document defects, errors, or discrepancies identified during testing and work alongside the development team to ensure timely resolution.


•Continuous Enhancement: Remain informed about the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to ensure optimal QA processes.


•Collaborative Efforts: Engage closely with other departments, including development, design, and customer support teams, to ensure that client expectations are consistently fulfilled.


•Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to junior QA analysts, promoting a culture of quality and ongoing improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications:


•Skills:


•Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.


•Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.


•Capability to work autonomously as well as in team settings.


•Familiarity with website and software testing tools and methodologies.


•Education:


•A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.


•Experience:


•Prior experience in QA or software testing roles is essential.


•Experience in leading a QA team or project is highly desirable.


•Familiarity with healthcare or insurance software is an advantage.


•Certifications:


•Certifications in QA methodologies or relevant tools would be beneficial.
