The Retail Customer Platforms Technology division is responsible for the continuous improvement, development, implementation, and daily operational support of the Offer Management platform, including Customer Personalization, Pricing & Rates, and core banking systems. As a Technical Business QA Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the product owner and business analysts to comprehend the business functions and requirements.

What will you be doing in this role?
  1. Collaborate with senior management to gather data and insights related to project delivery and status.
  2. Design visually engaging and informative content for executive presentations.
  3. Assist the senior management team in capturing weekly and monthly forecasts along with other project financial reports.
  4. Work alongside the development team to conduct manual testing, develop test data, and execute various testing types including exploratory, system, regression, migration, back-end, and user acceptance tests.
  5. Document clear and concise defect reports, advocating for the quality experience of customers. Prioritize and triage defects for resolution with the development team.
  6. Engage in exploratory testing to uncover issues that other testing methods may miss during each sprint and facilitate testing workshops.
  7. Conduct functional tests ensuring clarity and maintainability, utilizing a common business language.
  8. Actively collaborate with the development team.
  9. Integrate with development teams to infuse quality throughout the software development lifecycle by providing ongoing feedback regarding standards, user experience, potential performance issues, and future bugs.
  10. Participate in product design and requirements analysis, assisting the team during project planning to accurately estimate work and define release deliverables.
  11. Establish and execute acceptance criteria based on requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of test cases and adjusting strategies as necessary.

  1. Exceptional communication skills to present status reports, test results, and ongoing reporting effectively.
  2. Strong problem-solving abilities to review requirements and develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts.
  3. Experience working with multiple software development teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  4. Familiarity with QA processes, agile methodologies, and testing procedures.
  5. Ability to collaborate with technology-focused peers while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Experience in both agile and waterfall project environments, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
  7. Capability to provide QA time and effort estimations based on business requirements.
  8. Contribute positively as a team member, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
  9. Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge with team members and management.
