Job Description

The Senior Solution Sales Executive is responsible for the commercial success of ServiceNow's Customer and Industry Workflows solutions in the public sector (federal and provincial - Quebec).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with account managers to build strong business relationships.
  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Participate in territorial planning and support clients in digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to create roadmaps aligned with account strategy.
  • Train ecosystem stakeholders on emerging solutions.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the work environment.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience selling B2B cloud solutions.
  • Experience with the public sector.
  • Established network in the public sector (federal and provincial Quebec).
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field.
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English).
  • Frequent travel (30-50%).
