- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch, ensuring agility, rapid iteration, and overall profitability.

- Mentor team members, driving their professional growth and ensuring the achievement of ambitious product goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure product initiatives are aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and performance metrics to all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and manage the product budget, making strategic decisions to optimise resource allocation and ensure financial sustainability.
- Monitor and analyse the sales and profitability of products and service offerings, using data-driven insights to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure all product offerings comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, with a particular focus on satellite communications and government contracts.

Requirements:

- At least 10 years relevant experience.
- Experience in product management role in telecom sector serving enterprise and government markets; satcom knowledge is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver innovative product solutions in a fast-paced, growth company setting.
- Deep understanding of communications technology and its application to enterprise and government markets, especially in satcom context.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Experience in market analysis, customer engagement, and agile product development.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial performance analysis.
- Fluent in English.
- Authorised to work in Canada.
- Occasional travel (about once in 2 months) is required to the offices, conferences, and trade shows.
