Lead Our Customer Engineering Practice

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our Customer Engineering practice forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer engineers, developing and executing strategic plans, and driving business growth.

  • Leadership and Management: Lead a team of customer engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level IT executives, understanding their business challenges and providing solutions to address those needs.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical sales support, leading the creation of customer-specific services and technology solutions, and delivering and selling technical solution strategies to senior client executives.
  • Partner Alignment and Technical Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with partner pre-sales, solutions, and customer engineers, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Offering and Portfolio Expansion: Act as the primary interface to our delivery organization, recommending new offerings, upgrades, and augmentations to enhance corporate competency in meeting customer needs.
  • Customer Success and Technical Escalation: Act as a point of technical consultation and escalation for both client and partner contacts, building trusted relationships with delivery teams to leverage and bring forward early warnings to customer project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working for and holding a leadership role in a mid-sized services company.
  • Experience in the Google partner ecosystem (ideal), or at a minimum AWS or Azure.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple time zones.
