Job Summary
JADA Solutions (HSE) Inc. is currently looking to hire an office administrative manager to aid and assist in daily operations of the company. The successful candidate for this position must possess strong skills in accuracy, data entry, and time management.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- APs, ARs, Invoicing, Payroll
- Learning current accounting database and future database integrations
- Payroll remittance/ GST; Bank Reconciliation
- Office Administration
- Receiving incoming calls, organizing, ordering supplies, filing and cleaning
- Sit in on meetings and take notes; update action items
- Providing support to Management, Operations, Business Development and Technical Staff
- Assisting with HR needs
- Project set up, PPIFs
- Help Manage Cashflow/ Budget and Utility Spreadsheet/ Cashflow Projections
- Project Budget spreadsheets, HAZMAT tracking spreadsheets
- Finalizing and continuous updates of Standard Operations Procedure manuals (ie Safety, Employee, Bookkeeping)
- Perform as an integral team member at JADA Solutions and provide training and mentoring as required
Qualifications
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with Deltek an asset and or Sage Account Software
- Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Accuracy in data entry
- Prioritizing, organization, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills
- Strong verbal communication, proof-reading and editing skills
- Valid Driver’s license with a reliable vehicle
