Position Summary

The Site Administrator presents a positive and professional image of Strike to all clients, suppliers, associates, callers and office visitors. Administrators maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality in all interactions.


PROJECT DETAILS

  1. Camp Work - Northern Alberta/Cold Lake Area
  2. 8 days on/6 days off rotation

Core Accountabilities

  1. General Administration/Communication: Represent Strike in person, on the phone and through electronic communications.
  2. Payroll: Create detailed on-site time tickets to be approved and signed by supervisor & client.
  3. Document Control: Control and distribute incoming and outgoing documentation on continual basis throughout project.
  4. Controls: Track and maintain progress tracking tools and curves; Establish and maintain Trend/Change order log; Verify budget revisions, trends, and change orders prior to Project Management sign off; Project reporting (tracking of baseline versus actual vs. forecast) for Management/Client review.
  5. Purchasing: Issue purchase orders, track incoming invoices and ensure alignment with job/project costs.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years administrative/Project Controls experience an asset.
  2. Experience with document control.
  3. Experience within the oilfield and or construction industry is considered an asset.
  4. Microsoft Excel experience.
