Inside Sales Account Representative

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding existing large, strategic, enterprise level accounts. While this role is remote, there is TRAVEL involved (mainly QC and Atlantic Canada). The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for their assigned sales representatives and works with them to grow and develop the IT product category. They will act as the key point of contact within the division regarding the sales of IT supplies.
Responsibilities
- Mushroom and diversify existing large accounts
- Maintain and grow valuable relationships within existing accounts
- Conduct joint sales calls with sales reps to assist them in closing the sale.
- Participation in current account business reviews to introduce IT Supplies and increase revenue while adding value to the account.
- Achieve IT products revenue and gross margin targets in defined division.
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales or account management experience in an IT capacity
- MUST be bilingual in French
- 2-3+ years' experience
