Senior Business Development Representative

Our Canadian SaaS client is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team to drive growth through lead generation and qualification.
Responsibilities include:
- Qualifying prospective customers: You'll be the initial point of contact, assessing interest and arranging further discussions with the sales team
- Proactive outbound prospecting: Beyond handling inbound leads, you'll actively reach out to targeted accounts via various channels
- Collaborating with Marketing & Sales: You'll work closely with these teams, providing insights on sales messaging, campaign effectiveness, and strategies to enhance customer acquisition
Experience required:
- 1.5+ years of experience cold calling in software sales
- Proven ability to meet monthly quotas
- A proactive, driven attitude
- Adaptability, organization, and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems
