Reporting to the Business Development and Sales Manager for Mobilairs, you will play a key role as a consultant, providing customized solutions to meet our clients' needs.

**Main Functions**:

- **Consultative Role**: Reporting to our Business Development Manager of Mobilairs, the Business Development Representative acts as a consultant to understand, advise, and recommend the best solutions to meet customer needs.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop in-depth knowledge and sales expertise in Mobilair products, components, and key markets, including equipment rental centers, OEMs, and major construction accounts.
- **Territory Management**: Manage and develop a defined territory (Ontario) by understanding local market conditions and mobile compressor trends, and expand the territory as opportunities arise.
- **Product Presentation**: Present KAESER Mobilair compressor technology to partners, contractors, and end-users.
- **Event Organization**: Organize product demonstrations, field events, seminars, luncheons, and training sessions, and participate in trade shows.
- **Compliance**: Learn and adhere to all procedures and work instructions related to the company's quality and environmental systems.
- **Additional Tasks**: Perform any other tasks or mandates assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a technical field (or relevant experience in the field)
- 3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Stimulating work environment
- 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year of service
