Join a leading FMCG company as a Manager, Benefit and Wellness. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in our Total Rewards team, focusing on the design, implementation, and management of our wellness strategy, group benefit plans, and disability claims. Your mission will be to deliver competitive benefits and an engaging employee experience, all while maintaining cost efficiency.


About your role

  • Innovate and Advise: Develop and refine plan designs, policies, and procedures. Drive continuous improvement, ensure market competitiveness, and maintain compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Client-Focused Delivery: Provide a consistent and engaging experience for employees and line managers, fostering productive relationships while upholding company policies.
  • Cost Management: Keep a tight rein on costs and deliver on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with our Global Benefits, North American Rewards, and Industrial Relations teams to leverage best practices and scale our efforts.
  • Efficient Management: Oversee colleagues in our shared service center and third-party vendors to ensure efficient, effective, and value-added services.
  • Proactive Support: Partner with our People Business Partners to proactively address concerns and develop effective communication materials about our wellness programs.


What You'll Need:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with occupational and non-occupational claims management
  • Awareness of ethical guidelines related to claims management, confidentiality, and privacy
  • Knowledge of responsibilities under the Personal Health Information Privacy Act
  • Proficiency in data handling and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement
