Our Benefits Consultants are responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining valuable relationships with prospects and clients. Your Key Responsibilities:- You will develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, with emphasis on small to mid-size companies with high revenue.
- Participating in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel.
- You will develop a pipeline of business opportunities that are an appropriate mix of new clients and account expansion.
- You will introduce Gallagher's full-service offering to broaden the scope and impact of client relationships, assist, educate, and mentor other staff members in new client sales situations and existing client service requirements.
- You will convey deep technical expertise and business insight in helping clients evaluate opportunities to reduce cost, risk, and improve the overall competitiveness of benefits, retirement, and HR services.
- Constantly stay ahead of industry, market, and legislative trends that impact health & welfare plan design, delivery, and compliance.
- You will reciprocally develop proposals that are fiscally sound, reflect an appropriate investment in the client, and demonstrate the overall capabilities of Gallagher.
- You will establish and maintain inter-division/intercompany relationships consistent with our workplace culture.
- Significant consultative B2B sales experience.
- You have developed new business as well as maintained an existing customer base.
- Experience in the Benefits Administration and Consulting industry is ideal.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. On top of a competitive salary, great teams, and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
