Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for inside sales, driving revenue growth, and expanding existing accounts. This role requires a strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. We are looking for a smart, and out of the box thinker to work with the management to define and execute sales strategies successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inside sales 80% of the time, with 20% dedicated to cold calling and research activities
  • Prospect and engage with potential customers to drive new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close new business deals
  • Drive customer adoption and retention through proactive account management
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Dental industry related experience is an asset
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting KPIs
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong drive to achieve sales goals and become a high income earner, strong presentation and negotiation skills are a must
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident and results-driven with a passion for technology
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers
  • High level of ambition with the initiative and drive to succeed working in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
  • SaaS experience is desired
  • Having previous experience in dental field is a big asset.
