We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager for a fast-growing warehouse automation company to lead efforts with a major healthcare customer in Canada. This pivotal role is essential for driving revenue growth and enhancing the company's market presence in the thriving warehouse automation industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the needs of the healthcare key account within the Canadian market, aligning with corporate strategies to explore further business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver key account strategies that reflect a deep understanding of the customer's business challenges, translating these into compelling value propositions.
  • Serve as a business partner at the executive level, managing financial performance in terms of order intake, revenue, and profitability.
  • Enhance key account capabilities to meet or exceed customer expectations.

To Succeed You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the automation or material handling industry, with previous experience is working with AS/RS
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional customer focus, with the ability to identify opportunities and build solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen, with an understanding of market trends and business drivers. - Ability to manage complexity and make independent decisions, even with incomplete information.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with effective communication skills, adaptable to various settings and cultures. Results-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Resilient and confident under pressure, capable of managing crises and uncertainty effectively.
