Position Overview

As an Account Manager Executive, you will leverage your marketing and sales expertise to manage high-value client relationships, develop strategic account plans, and drive revenue growth. This senior role requires a professional who can think strategically, execute flawlessly, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

Opportunity & Scope 

We're offering a strategic partnership opportunity with significant growth potential for an entrepreneur. It can be for either an individual or an agency. This key role will allow you to build and scale your business or agency alongside us, creating a mutually beneficial relationship that leverages our combined strengths. This partnership structure allows you to manage your own time, schedule flexibility, and to execute as an account manager to our clients. You will get a revenue share for each client managed we assign to you from our client pool.

  • Schedule Flexibility

Compensation

  • Revenue Share Model, we assign clients, and for your account management you get a percentage for managing that relationship

A minimum base salary to start plus revenue share

  • Bonus for milestones such as extending contracts
  • Commissions for any upsell or cross-sell 
  • Estimated $ 1500 - $ 3000 for 10 to 20 accounts, plus bonus and commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, building C-level relationships and establishing trusted advisor status
  • Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies to expand client engagement and maximize revenue potential
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Analyze client business challenges and translate them into strategic marketing and sales opportunities
  • Create and present compelling business cases, proposals, and ROI analyses to secure new business and expand existing accounts
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client business developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and resource allocation to ensure profitability
  • Establish key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Mentor junior account managers and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in account management, with at least 3 years managing strategic accounts
  • Strong background in both marketing and sales, with demonstrated success in B2B environments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and growing key accounts
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex client relationships
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with tactical execution skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of marketing strategies, sales methodologies, and business development
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches
  • Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling client communications
