Role Overview:

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting VoPay's HR functions, ensuring a positive employee experience, and fostering a collaborative and innovative workplace. This role encompasses various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Update company policies as needed.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the execution of performance review cycles and support professional development initiatives.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and documentation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
