**Location**: Surrey, Langley, and North Vancouver clinics

iScope Concussion & Pain Clinics is a specialized treatment and assessment centre offering a range of services and treatments with several locations across Canada. Our clinics use a variety of diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of a patient’s pain. Our team of highly skilled Physicians and Allied Health Professionals work together and provide a personalized treatment plan so our patients can feel better sooner. We are committed to helping patients manage their pain effectively and improve their quality of life, in addition to a seamless and positive healthcare experience while providing a high standard of care.
**ROLE SUMMARY**
The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and more. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices to contribute to the success of our team and organization.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Completes new employee benefit enrollment for eligible employees and responds to employee questions related to their benefit packages.
- Conduct exit interviews, and employee surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with Payroll processing functions, using Payworks, appropriate spreadsheets, tracking, and documenting payroll adjustments, and other payroll duties as needed.
- Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Processes and updates employee records, including personal information such as employee status changes and address changes.
- Participates in health and safety initiatives in collaboration with the Occupational Health and Safety Committee to identify and address potential risk and hazards.
- Opens new employee personnel files and maintains current employee files, both electronic and hard copy, keeping them accurate, current, and archiving as required, including file purging.
- Monitors employment requirements and notify staff of near expiry dates. This includes educational requirements related to employment positions, proof of insurance, first aid, etc.
- Generates HR reports as requested.
- Other duties as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Completion of a certificate in HR/related field or equivalent.
- CPHR designation.
- Minimum of three (3) years HR experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Ability to multi-task and seamlessly change priorities when required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
