Our ProSolutions team in Calgary is looking to add a Sales professional to their team. If you are a hunter who thrives on uncapped commissions, then we want you The successful candidate is a subject matter expert when it comes to power generation and can drive revenue within their designated territory by uncovering and developing new business relationships while providing customer focused solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Increase sales and branch revenue
  2. Establish new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites
  3. Develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  4. Evaluate customers' skills and needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships
  5. Meet personal and team sales targets
  6. Research accounts and generate sales leads
  7. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
  8. Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements
  1. Must have an electrical background specifically when it comes to power generators
  2. Proven revenue growth experience within a territory over several years
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota
  4. Proficient with computers
  5. Exceptional organizational skills
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  7. Self-motivated and driven
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related industry/field preferred.

Conditions of Employment

Experience within the equipment rental industry and/or within the pump, power, and climate control market highly desired.

Proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales.

Compensation Data
  1. Base salary ($55K) plus uncapped commissions, offering limitless earning potential based on sales achievements.
  2. Company vehicle, gas card, expense card, laptop, and cellphone are provided.
