**About the role**

Nous cherchons un Directeur d'unité, Transferts, Assurance des particuliers pour notre équipe grandissante

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Superviser une équipe composée d'agents soutien administratifs
- Fournir une rétroaction régulière aux rapports directs sur les performances et les compétences afin d'assurer un développement solide des employés.
- Identifier et développer les talents au sein de leurs subordonnés directs et gérer efficacement les performances et les ressources.
- Maintenez l'accent sur la qualité et gérez de manière proactive les flux de travail et les ressources au sein de l'équipe.
- Analyser divers indicateurs et rapports et faire des recommandations pour améliorer l'efficacité de l'équipe.
- S'assurer que les niveaux de service sont maintenus et que l'équipe régionale est soutenue au besoin.
- Aider à l'élaboration et à la révision des procédures opérationnelles.
- Aider à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de processus commerciaux et de normes de performance qui nous permettront d'utiliser le service comme un avantage concurrentiel.
- Responsable de contribuer à l'engagement au sein des lignes personnelles.

**Ce que vous mettrez à profit**:

- DEC en assurances ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
- Au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Expérience antérieure en supervision est un atout
- Compétences avérées en leadership avec un accent sur la motivation des employés
- Excellentes compétences en communication et relation interpersonnelles
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution
- Forte orientation service client
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse avec une solide connaissance de Microsoft Excel
- PAA (Un atout)
- Bilinguisme (Un atout)
