The Ortoped Customer Service Team is on the front lines of ensuring that every Ortoped customer is a happy and satisfied customer. We have an amazing team dedicated to Customer Service. You will be part of the front-line that our customers reach out to for orders, general customer inquiries, product questions and much more. Interactions with customers are done by phone or electronically.

OrtoPed offers a competitive remuneration package (Base salary, bonus and complete group insurance package).

**We are looking for someone to join our Canada phone team as a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for Cascade/OrtoPed - Canada**

**Must be available - 9:00am-6:00pm** **ET Monday-Friday. Open to hybrid/potential remote - must be located near Montreal.**

Key Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Enter orders manually into ERP system.
- Input customer requests for return authorizations.
- Utilize resources to obtain product specification information, be a seeker of information.
- Order follow-up and tracking late or lost shipments.
- Order and back order status updates.
- Enter custom fabrication and drop ship purchase orders in accordance with department procedures and company policies

**Qualifications**:Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is a must

- Must be motivated, able to follow processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication is key.
- Ability to learn and be problem solution oriented.
- Have great customer service skills and a teachable attitude as well as team oriented.
- Experience in orthotics and prosthetics is a plus, but not required.
- Must be a team player
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is a must

L'équipe du Service à la clientèle d'Ortoped est en première ligne pour s'assurer que chacun de nos clients en est un heureux et satisfait. Nous avons une équipe incroyablement dédiée. Vous ferez partie de la première ligne que nos clients contactent pour les commandes, les demandes générales, les questions sur les produits et bien plus encore. Les interactions avec les clients se font par téléphone ou par voie électronique.

Nous recherchons quelqu'un pour joindre notre équipe qui est en télétravail. (L'horaire de travail variera en fonction de votre emplacement/fuseau horaire. Doit être disponible - de 9h00 à 18h00 HE du lundi au vendredi).

**Les principales tâches et responsabilités comprennent, notamment**:

- Assister les clients par téléphone, via notre site web, chat et/ou courriel.
- Saisir les commandes manuellement dans notre système ERP.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients via le Web, chat, courriel et téléphone.
- Saisir les demandes des clients pour les retours.
- Utiliser les ressources à votre disposition pour obtenir des informations sur les spécifications du produit, être proactif(ive) dans vos démarches.
- Suivi des commandes et des envois en retard ou perdus.
- Mises à jour de l'état des commandes, incluant celles en suspens.
- Saisir les commandes pour les produits sur mesure et les expéditions directes du manufacturier conformément aux procédures.

**Qualifications**
