**What will you be responsible for?**
- Sharing your feedback with the rest of the team to improve the overall customer experience
- Optimizing processes to ensure continuous improvement in productivity
- Successfully writing your broker exams (AMF and RIBO) in your first year with us
**Do you have what it takes?**
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in French and English
- You're a quick learner with an interest in technology
- You're proactive and have strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus

- Soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise à travers le service client (SMS, courriel et téléphone) et la saisie de données
- Partager tes observations avec le reste de l'équipe afin améliorer l'expérience client
- Optimiser les processus pour assurer une amélioration continue de la productivité
- Obtenir ton permis de courtier (AMF et RIBO) au courant de ta première année avec nous
**As-tu ce qu'il faut?**
- Tu as de solides compétences de communication orale et écrite en anglais et français
- Tu apprends rapidement et tu as un intérêt pour les technologies
- Tu es proactif et tu as de fortes compétences en résolution de problème
- Expérience dans le domaine de l'assurance ou des services financiers est un plus
