Adecco is currently hiring a temporary to permanent full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (FR/EN) to work for our client located in Toronto, ON.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative , you will play an important role in helping investors achieve their retirement and other life goals.

You will take great pride in ensuring all requests received from Advisors and Dealers are handled with the highest level of care.


  • Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid | 3 days onsite, 1 day remote
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | between 8:00am – 8:00pm (EST) | 37.Temporary to Permanent position | Full-time
Paid weekly accurate and on time

  • Starting on your first day with the client, you will receive extensive training, resources and support that will build your expertise, skills and confidence
  • Provide premium customer service to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound call centre.
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their clients' short-term and long-term investment strategies.
