As an HR Coordinator, you will play an essential role in maintaining and optimizing our HR processes. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of human resources, including onboarding, benefits management, as well as employee training and development.Your daily responsibilitiesHandle routine employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, terminations, contract administration, and employee data management in HRIS.Review, enhance, draft, and develop relevant HR programs, policies, and procedures in line with the current and future needs of the organization.Be an expert in the use and maintenance of the HRIS;Manage employee performance review cycles and ensure timely completion.Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as policy updates, company news, and employee announcements.Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.Work closely with management to address employee relations issues, support conflict resolution, mediate disputes, and provide guidance throughout the process.Stay informed by analyzing market trends and best practices to guide practices, processes, programs, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement.Your skills and experienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;Minimum of 2 years of HR experience;Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Team player, relationship builder and collaborator;Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management;Good knowledge of Quebec Labour Laws;Experience with HRIS systems;CHRP or CRHA designation is preferred.Perks and benefitsGroup Insurance (Health and Dental) Retirement Savings Plan (RSP)Virtual healthcareEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Hybrid - Office / remote (the team is in the office on Wednesdays)Additional Days off (Moving day, Birthday, 5 personal days)Health and Wellness ProgramOffice perks: Event Coordinator responsible for social activities, 5-7, snacks provided, yoga and meditation roomPaid subscription to training tools Benefits for public transportation (Bixi, Opus)Modern open plan office with pin pong, and pool tableA friendly and relaxed working environment en français)BrainFinance est une société de technologie financière de premier plan qui fournit des solutions de crédit responsables et constructives aux consommateurs. En tant que Coordonnateur/Coordinatrice RH, tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans le maintien et l'optimisation de nos processus RH. Tu seras responsable de coordonner divers aspects des ressources humaines, notamment l'intégration, la gestion des avantages, ainsi que la formation et le développement des employés.Ton quotidienAssurer la gestion quotidienne des demandes des employés relatives aux politiques RH et aux avantages sociaux.
