As a Sales Consultant, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence.

You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas.

We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available.

What you'll do & how you'll make your mark.- Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence- Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.- Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.- Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support- Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets- Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment- Who you are & what you'll need to succeed.
