Relevant du directeur national des ventes d'immunologie, le responsable des comptes clés en dermatologie est responsable de la promotion et de la vente de notre thérapie avancée pour le psoriasis sur le territoire désigné conformément aux directives marketing de l'entreprise et en utilisant les techniques de vente p
ertinentes et les outils omnicanaux pendant les deux face à face. interactions faciales et virtuelles.

**Principales responsabilités**
- _ Capacité à atteindre les objectifs_
- Atteindre les résultats des ventes et rendre compte des résultats sur le territoire
- Élaborer des plans de compte complets avec une équipe interfonctionnelle
- Représenter efficacement le(s) produit(s) et apporter de la valeur aux clients dans un environnement omnicanal et avec des outils approuvés
- Assurer la gestion des indicateurs clés de performance dans le plan de territoire
- Aptitudes de vente
- Démontrer une compréhension approfondie du domaine thérapeutique lié au produit
- Faire preuve de crédibilité et d'intégrité auprès des HCP grâce à une connaissance approfondie des produits promus et compétitifs
- Posséder une maîtrise des techniques de vente et apporter de la valeur à chaque interaction
- _Offrir de la valeur aux clients_
- Établir de solides relations professionnelles avec les clients pour assurer l'exécution du plan tactique ; acquérir une compréhension approfondie des perceptions et opinions réelles des clients pour identifier les véritables besoins et perceptions
- Utiliser des ressources internes et externes pour apporter une valeur ajoutée aux clients afin de créer des partenariats et de développer notre entreprise

- Rester positif et résilient face à l'évolution des conditions du marché et des objectifs de la marque tout en continuant à identifier les opportunités pour maintenir notre avantage concurrentiel.
- _Sens aigu des affaires_
- Identifier et analyser les opportunités commerciales en utilisant des données, des informations sur le terrain et des analyses pour promouvoir la croissance des ventes tout en assurant l'alignement avec le plan stratégique de la marque
- Suivi régulier des plans de territoire et recommandation proactive de plans d'ajustement si nécessaire
- _Collaboration interfonctionnelle _
- Collaborer avec succès au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle pour assurer le succès de la marque et l'excellence dans l'exécution afin d'obtenir les meilleurs résultats possibles pour les patients
- S'assurer que les informations sur les clients et les domaines de la maladie, les informations sur la concurrence et d'autres informations sur le marché sont partagées avec une équipe interfonctionnelle plus large
- Agir en tant que liaison avec une équipe interfonctionnelle plus large pour s'assurer que les objectifs commerciaux sont atteints

**Qualifications et expérience**
- Diplôme de premier cycle requis
- Plus de cinq ans d'expérience réussie en immunologie ou en vente de produits pharmaceutiques spécialisés ou en marketing de produits pharmaceutiques
- Maîtrise de l'utilisation de plans d'affaires, de campagnes de vente et de marketing, de programmes à valeur ajoutée ou d'autres techniques de vente pour atteindre les objectifs fixés
- Expérience en planification de compte et en gestion de territoire au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle
- Expérience dans le domaine thérapeutique de la dermatologie, un atout majeur
- Expérience avec les programmes de soutien aux patients, un atout majeur
- Expérience en lancement de produits un atout
- Anglais (écrit et oral).
- Permis de conduire valide

**Contraintes**
- Voyagez jusqu'à 50 % du temps
- Horaires de travail irréguliers et simulations de calendrier et de budget de cycles commerciaux multi-projets concurrents
- Travailler avec des leaders d'opinion clés (KOL)
- Travailler dans des équipes interfonctionnelles
