We are looking for a results-oriented and customer focused Key Acount Manager for Edmonton.
This is an individual contributor role.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Responsible for handling Key Accounts, customers who purchase over $50,000, and growing share of wallet and providing a high service level to the designated customers.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship with assigned Key Accounts;
  • Mine untapped opportunities, uncover customer pain points, and generate organic revenue growth;
  • Manage accounts to ensure SPI provides the highest level of service required;
  • Work with the SPI team to ensure any issues for these customers are resolved;
  • Manage communications between key accounts and internal support teams;

THE SUCCESSUL CANDIDATE

  • Is an entrepreneurial selfstarter with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals;
  • Has a passion for excellence, a strong desire to succeed and a commitment to personal and professional development;
  • Has excellent communication and relationship building skills with the disciplined planning and execution abilities that are essential for this role;
  • Exhibits strong computer skills and working knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a selfstarting autonomous environment from a home office setting;
  • Has a proven ability to sell high, deep and wide in customer organizations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Consultative seller;
  • 5 years + experience in a similar role;
  • Extensive experience and contacts to match within a wide range of markets.
  • Experience with Health and Safety products and solutions a definite plus;
  • Someone who can travel;
  • Valid driver's license.
