We are a small and well established HVAC company located in Mississauga. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Office Administrator to join our team.

Successful applicants will possess the following:


  • Previous experience in office management in the Construction industry an asset
  • Proficiency in _Microsoft Office _and _QuickBooks Online_
  • Payroll experience
  • Experience in tracking and managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working alone

Responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

  • Semi-monthly and monthly payroll
  • HST remittance, payroll remittance
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Regular collection calls, answering phone calls and addressing needs of customers in a timely manner
  • Creating and submitting quotations and invoices for upcoming and completed projects
  • Dispatching and tracking jobs to technicians as well as follow up to ensure completion of jobs and all necessary corresponding paperwork

Salary:
$22.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
