About the Role

Gujarat Foods and Spices Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and equipped.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
Work Environment

Requirements
