About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at SPINAL TOUCH REHAB. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST/HST and other relevant taxes.
  • Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions and benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance, and other statistical and financial reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Head office environment.
