About the Role

Gujarat Foods and Spices Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
