About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quad IT Solutions. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our digital database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts, preparing invoices, and managing expenses.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff, including providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
