This job includes, but isnot limited to, the following:

· Greet people and direct themto contacts or service areas

· Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

· Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

· Set up and maintain manualand computerized information filing systems

· Schedule and confirm appointments;

· Determine and establishoffice procedures and routines;

· Requisition or order officesupplies, equipment and materials; and arrangefor maintenance and repair work Ensure smooth operationof equipment

· Arrange travel, relateditineraries and make reservations

· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents,record and prepare minutes of meetings;

· Compile data, statistics and other information

· Perform basic bookkeepingtasks, oversee payroll administration

· Provide customerservice;

· Maintain and manage digitaldatabase;

· Develop and update engaging contents for thecompany’s website;

· Create an online presence by means of autoresponderemail campaigns.

Qualifications required:

· Minimum high schoolgraduate, preferably college diploma or training in business or related field;

· At least one yearexperience as office administrative assistant;

· Ability to work under pressureand with minimum supervision;

· Proficient in MicrosoftOffice and other office software.
