Administrative Assistant

Job Dscription: Under the direction of the Company's Manager, the Administrative Assistant will:
- Organize andmanage files and documents.
- Order andmaintain office supplies.
- Prepare andsend mail and emails.
- Fax, scan andcopy documents.
- Support andassist the Company's Manager
- Perform a widerange of clerical duties, including data entry, account reconciliation, balancesheet maintenance, and book travel.
- Maintain vitalfinancial, human resources and public records, collect data and provideinformation when requested.
- Supportingoffice staff with answering phones and greeting visitors along with otherclerical duties.
Qualification:
The hourly rate willbe determined based on candidate’s experience. French written and speakingskills are an asset.
