In this exciting role, the Showroom Manager will oversee operations at our Toronto location, leading a passionate team consisting of 2 Brand Ambassadors, Chef, and a Showroom Coordinator. The primary focus will be on driving sales growth by ensuring that every customer interaction meets the highest standards and consistently delivers an exceptional luxury experience. Additionally, the Showroom Manager will host culinary events to foster deeper brand engagement within the local community and will engage with local trade professionals (A&D), media, influencers to build a strong network and increase showroom traffic.WHAT AWAITS YOU:Sales and Marketing Drive sales to meet or exceed targets as agreed upon with the VP of Sales & Marketing.Engage with local architects, designers (A&D), media, and influencers to build a network and increase showroom traffic and ultimately generate sales growth.Stay informed on brand updates, attend factory trainings, and contribute to local social media when necessary.Organize and manage showroom events to enhance customer engagement and build brand awareness.Manage customer relations and ensure high satisfaction levels by addressing needs and concerns.Showroom Management Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure it adheres to company guidelines.Oversee the CRM and POS systems and ensure smooth daily operations.Conduct inventory inspections and ensure timely stock replenishment.Ensure all products are up-to-date and displayed properly, while promotional materials are readily available.Ensure timely opening and closing of the store. Travel to the USA up to twice a year for Global meetingsTeam Management Train, develop, and coach the showroom team in both sales techniques and administrative tasks.Hold weekly meetings to ensure alignment and foster a positive working environment.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Foster effective communication across the team.Customer Experience Apply best practices to guide the customer’s purchasing journey, ensuring all interactions are approached and served with excellence. Utilize the selling tools provided by the company CRM or Factory Tools consistently and effectively. Deliver the elevated “Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove” customer experience that aligns with the Brand Standards for every customer interaction. Ensure that all team members are well-versed in product knowledge across all brands carried by Maroline.
