Showroom Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join our team at GAV MGMT. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a knack for coordinating engaging presentations and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Showroom Operations: Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for all visitors by efficiently managing the daily operations of the showroom.
  • Collaborate with Suppliers: Work with suppliers and manufacturers to organize compelling product demonstrations and marketing events that showcase our products in the best possible light.
  • Maintain Relationships: Foster robust relationships with product marketing teams to ensure the showroom is always featuring the latest and most relevant products.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Handle the scheduling, setup, and breakdown of events and presentations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to planned details.
  • Customer Support: Offer detailed product information and assist customers with special requests to elevate their shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ensure the showroom presentation is consistently up to the standards of GAV MGMT.
  • Visitor Engagement: Implement strategies aimed at boosting visitor numbers and increasing engagement with showroom displays.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to furnish actionable insights to management, driving improvements and strategic adjustments.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in marketing, business administration, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience: Proven retail or customer service experience, especially within a showroom setting, is highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge strong connections with suppliers, colleagues, and clients.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, to support showroom events and operational needs.
