As an Executive Assistant at Manning Elliott , you will provide essential support to the Managing Partner, ensuring efficient operations within the firm. Your key responsibilities include managing the Managing Partner’s calendar, drafting confidential correspondence, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with meetings and presentations. With 3-5 years of experience in a professional services environment, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational abilities to handle sensitive information and contribute to firm-wide initiatives. Responsibilities
- Provide executive level support to the Managing Partner.
- Draft confidential correspondence and manage sensitive information.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar and schedule meetings effectively.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and generate reports as required.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of internal and external meetings, including PowerPoint presentations and take minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
- Actively support and participate in firm wide initiatives.
- Participate in the firm’s Team Development and Performance Management Program
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years Executive Assistant experience in a professional services environment
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Exceptional English oral and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Minimum typing speed of 50wpm
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, enthusiastic approach
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
