Nous cherchons à intégrer un Directeur des ventes dynamique et stratégique pour stimuler notre expansion commerciale et consolider notre présence sur le marché. Ce rôle nécessite une capacité exceptionnelle à développer et à exécuter des stratégies de vente, à mener une équipe vers l'excellence, tout en maintenant des relations solides avec nos clients et partenaires stratégiques.

Définir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente innovantes pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente.
Diriger, inspirer et développer une équipe de vente pour promouvoir une culture de haute performance.
Analyser les tendances du marché et ajuster les stratégies de vente en conséquence pour maximiser les opportunités de croissance.
Suivre rigoureusement les performances de vente et rapporter les progrès à l'équipe exécutive.
Expérience significative dans un rôle de leadership en vente, de préférence dans le secteur de la mobilité ou de l'énergie renouvelable, avec un historique de succès vérifiable.
Solide compréhension des dynamiques de marché et capacité à anticiper les changements dans l'industrie.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit, est indispensable.
Flexibilité pour voyager à travers le Canada et à l'international selon les besoins.

Le poste de directeur des ventes propose un package de rémunération compétitif, incluant un salaire de base, des incitations basées sur la performance, avec une fourchette de gains cibles (OTE) de 110 à 130 + un bonus de 35 % basé sur des objectifs personnels et d'équipe (ventes, nouvelles affaires, revenu mensuel récurrent) =
