**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an ambitious and dedicated Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The individual will play a crucial role in designing and implementing our sales strategies, helping us reach new heights in our business expansion. This job is on site.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote our practice valuation and brokerage services.
2. Conduct market research to understand the needs of dental practice owners, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
3. Collaborate with the PPS team to create innovative marketing campaigns both online and offline as well as on our CRM.
4. Manage and update the company's social media platforms and website content.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and seminars.
6. Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
7. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
8. Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients.
9. Expansion of Database of dental practices in BC and creating a plan of sales strategy.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2+ years of experience in marketing, and inside sales.

3. Proficient in using CRM, and social media platforms for business promotion.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong research, analytical, and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of the dental industry or business brokerage or real estate is a plus.

Compensation:
We offer an above-average compensation package for this role, which includes a competitive base salary and an attractive bonus/commission structure tied to performance and business goals.
