Cellcom Communications is not only about retail and business sales but also a dedicated and passionate teamWe are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our management team for our Virgin stores in the Greater Montreal area.Our Virgin stores are located at:Virgin VertuVirgin VersaillesVirgin Centre LavalVirgin BourassaVirgin DrummondvilleVirgin JolietteWhat We Offer You:A base annual salary of $68K with an additional quarterly and annual bonus program = Potential to reach between $85K-110K.Three or four weeks of vacation.Group insurance (medical, dental, etc.).Group RRSP.Free cell phone line (15GB data).Equipment provided.Employee discounts.Incentives, sales contests.Mileage allowance.Office snack bar.A premium device at an employee rate once per year.Casual dress code.Your Profile:Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in the retail sales sector combined with management experience or prior experience in a retail sales environment with equivalent responsibilities: Regional Director, General Manager, District Manager, etc.In-depth knowledge of team management and personnel management.Strong budgeting and strategic planning skills.Practical knowledge of general retail sales procedures.Experience in the telecommunications/technology industry (an asset).Management training (e.g., business management or business administration) (an asset).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.Specific skills sought: Results-oriented, interpersonal and communication skills, strong customer service focus, leadership/influence abilities, problem-solving skills, organization and planning, creativity/innovation, and ability to work under pressure.Flexible availability (day/evening/weekend).You possess a vehicle with a valid driver’s license, as occasional travel to our stores in Quebec is required.As a Manager, Your Role Will Be To:Maximize district revenue across all product categories to meet and exceed company targets by implementing required strategies (recommended ideas, new strategies, etc.).Ensure consistency and quality of customer experience across all district points of sale to build customer loyalty, adhering to established company standards.Act as a mentor and resource for district managers regarding staff management, performance, and behavior, in compliance with applicable laws and company HR policies and procedures.Oversee daily district store operations to ensure effective cost/expense management and compliance with company strategies, rules, policies, procedures, and work methods.Plan, direct, and evaluate district sales service activities.Set, communicate, and follow up on team objectives daily.Contribute to strategic planning regarding new product and service lines.Recruit, organize, train, and manage district managers and representatives.Visit stores in the territory and complete related reports.Understand, review, and communicate sales goals/financial data, conducting regular individual or team meetings.Analyze specific needs of district stores and implement initiatives to address them, leveraging every business opportunity with district managers.Ensure good communication/relationships with employees and customers while holding the team accountable and managing issues.Supervise district managers, assign tasks, and provide coaching for their development.Participate in recruitment (e.g., needs validation, interviews, etc.) and assess new hires' integration and training progress.Evaluate sales representatives’ performance alongside managers and advise on disciplinary matters in collaboration with HR.Ensure compliance with normal operating hours and allocated hour budgets.Monitor established procedures from opening to closing (daily operations) - daily report management, physical installations, merchandising, inventory, administrative follow-up, fraud prevention, etc.Perform any other related tasks.Job Type: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: $85,000 to $110,000 per yearBenefits:Disability InsuranceSupplemental Health InsuranceLife InsuranceVision InsuranceVacation and Compensatory LeaveCompany EventsFlexible ScheduleFree or Reduced-Price FoodDiscounted RatesGroup RRSPOn-Site Parking#P1Schedule:8-hour shiftsWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayDay shiftAdditional Compensation:CommissionsBonuses
