You will work closely with all aspects of our business, ensuring seamless support for our customers. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, troubleshooting issues in real-time, developing training materials, gathering and analyzing client feedback, and deepening your expertise in Canadian Aviation Regulations.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused professional who is eager, curious, and flexible. You should be self-directed, detail-oriented, and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and improve.
