We are supporting our valued client with two (2) IT Support Specialists in Edmonton. This is a temp to perm onsite role. The working hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) IT duties for all Alberta offices
  • Provide IT support for all IT endpoints: desktops, laptops, tablets, & phones
  • Monitor and action support ticket system
  • Manage computer images using Microsoft Intune
  • ­­­Understand and support core internal business applications
  • Document system information, procedures, and processes
  • Maintain complete and accurate IT Asset Management records
  • Printer support: basic troubleshooting and placement of service calls
  • Maintain, configure, and support all audio-visual equipment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience with in-person IT support, which includes installs, moves and adds & changes
  • Technical diploma or related education
  • Advanced knowledge of installing and troubleshooting Windows 10/11
  • Experience with imaging software, ideally using Intune or SCCM
  • Strong ability to be nimble and flexible given the nature of proactive and reactive IT support

What will put you ahead:

  • Experience working in a consulting engineering environment or a similar corporate setting
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principals, Windows Server, and Azure, Microsoft 365, or Autodesk products
