One of TEEMA Solutions' most respected clients is looking to hire a true implementation-experienced HR Consultant to join its team on an initial 6-month contract in Calgary. This role can operate in a hybrid capacity but must be located within reasonable driving distance of downtown Calgary.


Top Requirements

  • Previous HR / Payroll Implementation experience i.e. you have implemented greenfield environments.
  • Previous experience with HCM applications i.e., D365, ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Dayforce, SAP
  • Must have knowledge of Payroll (US and CDN), Time, Scheduling, Benefits.


Overview :

The successful candidate will join the Greenfield ERP Program the company achieves a net new corporate technical environment. This will include modules and technologies such as Finance & Operations, ADP, HR (Hire to Retire) modules with some applications pending selection for HR (for example Workday) Reporting into the Project Manager you will assist with requirement gathering to strict corporate split guidelines. An exposure / knowledge in Mergers and Acquisitions will benefit as you will instantly understand the serious nature of any missteps taken in this process. Working as a Business Analyst / System Analyst will be a distinct advantage.


  • Other required skills :Knowledge of all HR business processes from hire to retire.
  • Strong understanding & experience with Time Management, Time & Attendance, Scheduling & Payroll
  • Functional experience of integrations – defining requirements to build integrations between HCM and other downstream applications.
  • Experience with data mapping, transformation, conversion, and migration.
  • Experience with user acceptance testing, building testing plans, test cases, and conducting end user testing.
  • Experience with training, building & delivering training to end users.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
