**HR Business Partner**

Athena Digital Studio is a fast-growing, Calgary, AB-based, full-service consulting firm. We are a team of highly skilled, dedicated, and passionate individuals who are passionate about providing the highest level of professional and emotional support to our employees. We are looking for a **Human Resources Business Analyst** to join our team in Calgary, AB.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of the business.
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of policies and programs
- Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and quality assurance standards.
- Provide guidance and support to businesses on regulatory policies and procedures; ensure internal compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collect, integrate, and analyse various datasets to produce reports and dashboards which provide the business the information required to make appropriate resourcing and budgeting decisions
- Assist in the identification of process strengths and weaknesses; research and recommend areas of improvement for overall productivity and efficiency
- Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ongoing improvement efforts to streamline and enhance business processes

**Qualification**
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is usually required.
- Work experience, specifically in HR Data Analysis is an asset
- Related work experience in either Human Resources or other HR related data (payroll, HRIS, etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Results-oriented and a team player comfortable working with all aspects of the organization
- Ability to work well as part of a team or individually

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
