Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Precision Human Capital Inc. as a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, program management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: The successful candidate will lead and facilitate as the senior business analyst on a program, ensuring the successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Recommendations and Analysis: The candidate will compile strong recommendations to progress program initiatives, taking into account strategic drivers and value creation.
  • Collaboration and Support: The senior business analyst will work closely with a group of project managers and product owners to support the timely resolution of gaps, conflicts, risks, and issues.
  • Expertise and Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business improvement tools and techniques, including roadmap development, process mapping, risk analysis, financial evaluation, and decision tracking.
  • Communication and Presentation: The senior business analyst will be an expert in developing targeted presentations for diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Technical Skills: The candidate will have intermediate knowledge of AI/ML product development and IIOT solutions, as well as experience in Agile methodologies and working in co-located, cross-functional Scrum teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have a university degree and at least 10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 5 years of business analysis and/or project/program management experience.
  • Certifications: The candidate should hold a PMP, CBAP, or other business analysis certification.
  • Skills and Knowledge: The senior business analyst will have deep knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques, as well as expertise in developing targeted presentations for diverse audiences.
