Role Description

We're seeking a highly experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the most relevant targeting opportunities.
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing bids and placements to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance through in-depth data analysis.
  • Utilize A/B testing to identify and implement performance improvements across ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate campaign performance and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, particularly on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrably successful experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of achieving positive ROI through paid advertising initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital advertising landscape.


Ideal Qualifications (if you do not have this, we will teach you as it is part of the role)

  • Understanding and presenting insights derived from Google Analytics or Google Looker Studio
  • Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads).
  • Experience working with a specific industry relevant to our company.
  • A strong understanding of marketing automation tools.
