Our client, an innovative regulatory body, is currently searching for a dynamic and energetic Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team for a 4-month contract. This individual will provide temporary support for the organization and general support to other program activities.

● Hybrid work schedule Mon-Fri, between 2-4 days per week (16-32 hrs/week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Process new Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Truth and Reconciliation (T&R) volunteer sign-ups

● Create and keep current external outreach list for EDI and T&R groups

● Assist with meeting coordination including scheduling meetings, drafting agendas and taking meeting minutes

● Assist with all file migration work

● Provide customer service and administrative support for various programs and partners

● Monthly advertising, bi-weekly continuing education events, and bi-weekly branch emails

● Post external events

● Process group registrations

● Facilitation of virtual and in-person continuing education events including other organization and program events to support the execution of events

● Create OwnCloud links, survey links, and webinar login emails

● Upload Continuing Education hours

● Updating master events spreadsheet

What You Bring To The Table:

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively

● Proficiency in core MS Office programs and working with databases

● Experience in organizing and working events and conferences

● Experience with technical equipment and streaming/conferencing platforms/software

● Experience handling sensitive information with discretion

● Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; public speaking and presentation skills

● Clerical and administrative experience

● High organizational skills with strong attention to detail
